Regular practice time and location change!

The Latah Location of the Dzogchen Dharma Center has Closed!

The board of Dzochen Shri Singha Idaho regrets to inform the local Dharma community that we’re closing the doors of our Latah location. After five years in this location, we’ve decided to reduce expenses and allow for new opportunities to arise. There’s an upside of accepting impermanence and by embracing this change, it is our goal to keep bringing the Dzogchen teachings to the community.

We will still be meeting for group practice at 3 Shapes Aikido in the north end and hosting other teachings in various locations. We will be updating you through this newsletter and our dzogchenidaho.org web site. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in the past and we invite you to join us as we move on to new horizons.

New Location, Date and Times for Buddha Path Group Practice

The Six Perfections in Daily Life
Tuesday December 22nd @ 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
“Emptiness of which compassion is the very essence
Is only for those who want enlightenment.”
— Nagarjuna
The vast and entire path of the Bodhisattva teachings, including the Six Transcendent Perfections, could be summarized as “emptiness of which compassion is the very essence.” The swiftest way to realize this unity of emptiness and compassion is to practice the Six Perfections of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom in every moment. Tonight, Khenpo will discuss how to apply, practice, and realize the six perfections in every action of daily life.
